Tucked away in a secluded area, the house offered the perfect amount of privacy, making it a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully designed, with just enough space for both me and my dog to feel comfortable. The quiet surroundings were perfect for long walks with my dog, and there was a lovely outdoor area where we could relax and enjoy the nature around us. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making the space welcoming — everything was clean, well-stocked, and had a homey vibe. It’s the perfect spot for anyone seeking a quiet getaway with a furry companion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene, private escape.

A beautiful new town home that’s roomy, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It’s located very close to campus and everything you might need or want to do. Our host, Amanda, was wonderful and very responsive. She made everything so easy. We have already booked our next stay and we’re looking forward to returning.

Easy to find, comfortable, everything we needed for a weekend stay to visit our son at Radford. Great location for that. We also appreciated the parking space reserved for us behind the house. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Christiansburg visiting our son at Tech. It was a perfect location with a quiet community and cozy, comfortable home while still being close to campus. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us to feel like we could spread out a bit. Mary was very helpful, friendly and responsive. This is a true gem! The cabin and property were even more gorgeous than the pictures! The porch overlooking the pond was absolutely dreamy! The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Dina was incredibly helpful, and her husband recommended the perfect trail for us. The cabin was perfect -cozy and well appointed but still rustic enough that you had that cabin feel. The kitchenette had everything you could need and the bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. And did I mention how dreamy that porch was? The location is perfect - near a plethora of great trails and also an easy drive to Blacksburg, but nestled perfectly in the mountains so you feel like you are truly getting away from it all.

We were so excited to see the views and meet the horses . The land here is beautiful and we were excited to see the horses right next to the guest house, either through the window or across the fence. The view of the valley is very relaxing. Donna is very responsive and has great information about how to find the guest house, which is off the beaten track, which is what we were seeking. We appreciated the snacks and drinks available when we arrived, especially for a quick breakfast of oatmeal, cereal, and milk since we had not brought the breakfast foods we needed. The guest house is spacious, bright, and open inside. Easy to relax on couch and big chairs, plus a desk / table for when we needed it. We enjoyed talking to Donna's family about the farm and horses. The Guest Villa was the perfect place to stay for our trip to VA. The property is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the birds and walking the trails right on the property. Very close to Blacksburg and downtown Christiansburg. We were able to cook some meals in the well-stocked kitchen and were not far away from the area's great restaurants. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the coffee and fresh eggs for our breakfasts. Hosts live on the property and were available to help with any questions but left us alone to enjoy the peace and quiet.
