Townhome vacation rentals in Ellicottville

When visiting Holiday Valley for some skiing this ski-in, ski-out accommodation is absolutely perfect! Our group has been staying here for a view years and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

We had an awesome long weekend ski trip here. Airbnb was perfectly set up for a big group with lots of beds and stuff for kids. We felt cozy and right at home. Beautiful views of holiday valley! The only slight downside was the basement pull-out was not very comfy, but again, there are lots of beds, so we were able to make it work. Two nice hangout areas upstairs and basement, and it was fully stocked in terms of dish ware, cups, cooking stuff and even coffee, spices and some bar stuff.

Very nice space, excellent location.

Such a great place to stay! Easy to cross the road to the lift, even for fairly young kids, will be coming back.

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Bonaventure. The space was exactly what we needed. Would recommend.

My group of friends and I come to Ellicotville every year for our annual ski trip and this year was by far our favorite trip, and part of it was due to where we stayed. It had everything we needed and more and it was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends. I would highly recommend!

Danielle was very responsive to messages, and kind. I did have one suggestion for clarifying her listing, and she was gracious about that. I do think that potential renters, especially parents of small kids, might want to know that the master bedroom and kids’ bedrooms are separated by two whole floors. In our case, though, that was a bonus! Our kids are older, and we appreciated being further separated from their noise. 😆 The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and we were able to find everything we needed pretty easily.

Mary's place was just as described and was great for a long weekend at Holiday Valley. The fireplace was nice and having three beds was great with kids. The only negative was that the ski shuttle bus never came and we had to walk across the street to the chair lift, but not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Jessica's place was perfect for our family of 5 on our first-ever ski trip. Check-in was a breeze and Jessica was responsive and kind when we had a small mishap with the keypad. The place was clean, cozy and as advertised - it is nicely updated and has every amenity you could need. There was plenty of parking (though sometimes we had to use an alternate lot). The location is walkable to the ski slopes, though its a pretty good hike uphill to return. The shuttle service to the ski resort is super-helpful. Jessica is a top-notch host with a wonderful place and I couldn't recommend more highly!

Tim was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The views were amazing and the layout worked for our family that we travelled with. We watched deer from the living room at night to deer out the front from the bedroom window in the morning. We had absolutely everything we needed and it felt like we were staying at a friends home with everything that was included. Very close to the hill and close to downtown to go for dinner! We went to Dina’s and it did not disappoint! We also ordered pizza and it was the best! As well, visited cupcaked and they were delicious! Lunch at Gin Mill was a great treat. We also visited Good Vibez and had a wonderful chat with J9 (think massages). It was the perfect location and we already looked into booking for 2026! Thanks Tim, you were a fabulous host and have a wonderful place!

Our stay was fantastic! We had a pile of kids with us and everyone was happy and comfortable. We would drop the kids off to board and we would grab a bite to eat or just head back to the house, the condo is in a great location! The place itself is wonderful, we wanted for nothing. Everyone had their own space, we couldn’t have been more comfortable, and the hot tub was a bonus! We could not have been happier. We were in a jam and Craig was more than accommodating! 10/10

Great location next to the playground and the arboretum and a short walk to the village! We enjoyed playing games by the fireplace after a full day of skiing. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, the dogs loved it too!

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse in Ellicottville! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and all the local charm without needing to drive. The host was incredibly helpful and pleasant, always available to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed. The townhouse itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities you could possibly want, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Strip, which made it super convenient to explore without needing to drive. The place itself was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room to spread out and relax. The HVAC system worked flawlessly, keeping the space cool and comfortable even during the hot days. The kitchen was a standout feature—clean, modern, and fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. It made staying in and cooking a breeze. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Very cute condo. Clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. The only advice we have…early risers would want to take the loft bedroom, the sun in the morning wakes you up due to the skylight in the bedroom. Very nice place and close to town.
