This condo is beautifully appointed to make your stay effortless. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants & Holiday Valley. An HV shuttle picks up right outside our door for the ski season. Our perfect location puts you close enough to the activities & restaurants, yet set in a peaceful complex when you need to unwind. Enjoy the amazing view of the ski slopes revealed anew with each season! Live music, sports, shopping, breweries & dining are why Ellicottville has something for everyone!

The location is fabulous, situated 1/2 mile to the main light in the village, and .7 miles to Holiday Valley. Your Suite is private/separate and there is another one above yours. The living room includes a beautiful fireplace and a bar to sit and chill with a glass of your favorite Beverage. Just beyond the french doors is a covered deck, table for 6, and a Weber Grill.
