Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Von der Unterkunft sind es nur 7 Gehminuten bis zum Bahnhof Bönningstedt. Momentan fährt ein Schienenersatzverkehr nach Hamburg, mit dem ÖPNV nach Hamburg dauert es daher ca. 1 Stunde.

Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten vom Barmstedter Stadtkern entfernt, wo es Supermärkte, Gastronomiebetriebe, Bäckereien, Apotheken und weitere Geschäfte gibt. Ein Schwimmbad und ein Badesee sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist barrierearm. Die Wohnung selber wurde 2022 saniert und renoviert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC, einer ebenerdigen Dusche, einem Waschbecken und einem Spiegel ausgestattet.

Herzlich Willkommen in meinem Studio mit separatem Eingang. Es erwartet euch eine gut ausgestattete Pantryküche mit einem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Vom Boxspring Bett habt ihr den Blick in den Garten. Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. Ich freue mich auf euren Besuch.
