The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Here you can relax from the stress of everyday life in a quiet location, but also enjoy various leisure activities, whether on an active or relaxing vacation. Experience nature up close in our Westallgäu Prealps landscape by bike, motorcycle or on foot. The newly renovated apartment with a large, sunny balcony is located on the upper floor of our two-family house, with a shared entrance and a staircase leading upstairs. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.
