The Allgäu-Idyll-Holzhaus vacation home stands together with some farms on the edge of a clearing, in a slight hillside location 1 km north of Reichenhofen, on an approx. 5000 sqm property with a pond (fenced) and trees. On the property, in addition to the Allgäu-Idyll-Holzhaus vacation home, there is the Allgäu-Idyll-Landhaus vacation home and the family home. It is about 4 km to Leutkirch and about 30 km to Memmingen and Kempten.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
