This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

The polder landscape offers you a beautiful backdrop all year round, with each season having its charms. The vast North Sea coast with its wide clean beaches is never far away! Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The former railway bed now serves as a bicycle and hiking trail to Bruges.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.

Het gastenverblijf is volledig vernieuwd in het voorjaar van 2023, en helemaal in hout. s’Morgens word je gewekt met de eerste zonnestralen. De rainshower met koud en warm water in de tuin zorgt ervoor dat je na een verkwikkende douche kan genieten van een koffie op een zonovergoten terras. Er is een kleine frigo aanwezig om iets fris te houden, en een electrische verwarming voor de koele nachten.
