We were looking for a quiet place near the Veluwe and nice cities. This stay exceeded our expectations. As a chronically ill person, I need comfort and a low-stimulus environment, and that was perfectly provided here. Everything was sparkling clean: already upon entering through the shared hall we got a good impression and so was the rest. The bed was wonderful, the interior cozy without compromising on comfort. Everything was there what you might need. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and you notice that they do this with pleasure. They were available if needed, but gave complete privacy. The garden is really a highlight: beautifully landscaped, full of life and tranquility. I spent a lot of time there and even enjoyed the view from bed. My friend and I both enjoyed it immensely, each in our own way. For us, it's clear: we're going to remember this place!

We had a nice stay in the cute town of Doesburg. Pieter's location is within walking distance of downtown but wonderfully quiet. Well-maintained decor with everything. We even got a newspaper and a game of Doesburg mustard. Great beds.

I was with my husband and a few weeks old baby for unfortunately only a few days in the accommodation, but we will definitely come back! We were received in a very friendly manner by Hella. I liked the place even better than I could have guessed from the photos. The rooms are very nice and specially furnished. It was exceptionally clean! And the bed was super comfy. Everything was well thought out and we not only had a hearty breakfast, but a basket of goodies as well. We were able to use the sweet little oven and had it very cozy in there in the rain. But when the sun came, we enjoyed the yard and the grounds to the fullest. It is insanely idyllic and located right on the water. Everything is well maintained. You can only feel comfortable here. It's worth coming back just for the spots on the jetty. We thank Hella very much, who also inquired about our best in the meantime.
