South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Minutes from Notre Dame and downtown. This cottage built in 1912 has been lovingly restored. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse protected historic architecture make this location exquisitely charming. No smoking.

Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.

guesthouse on 29 - away from, but close to it all.

Just I.5 miles off of US Highway 20, the Guesthouse on 29 is the perfect place for relaxing and kicking back. Use it as a hideout from the kids or as the hub for your exploration of Northern Indiana Amish Country. You will be a short 40 minutes to the Notre Dame stadium, 20 minutes to Shipshewana and 10 minutes to Goshen or Middlebury.
