Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Elkhart County

Thank you Anna for a great stay! The home was provided with everything we would need! Towels, pots, pans, dishes, blankets, pack n play for the kids…EVERYTHING. It was very homey feeling. The environment was very welcoming, the upkeep was top tier. Thank you for welcoming us into your home, we definitely recommend.

Felt right at home. Beds were comfortable. So much space to spread out if need be with two living rooms. Description matched the house perfectly. Allowed early check in which was wonderful after traveling for 9.5 hours. Will definitely be staying again when touring the area.

The place was really nice & clean. The lake view was great! Will definitely book again to have more time to actually enjoy the place!

The JoyHouse on Main was just as pictured. It was beautiful, Peaceful and livable. Everything we needed was there. My mother and Husband were traveling with us and have mobility issues but we were able to park in the front and help them up the stairs to the porch. The back has two steps that were hard for them to navigate. I would love to spend more time in the area and at JoyHouse again. It was an experience with my family I will always treasure.

My stay here was a little different then just a normal bnb stay and the hosts were both amazing and understanding. They went above and beyond tons to ensure our stay was wonderful and without any stress!!! Would definitely recommend and go there again

We can’t say enough great things about this house. Very clean house, one of the best we’ve experienced. The neighborhood was amazing! So many fun things for the kids were included. Dart board, basketball goal, s’mores kit. They also provide the firewood which is great as most places charge for that. The kitchen had all the utensils and items needed to make meals. The kids loved the popcorn they left for us. Again such an amazing home, we highly recommend this air bnb!

The house is very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and is close to shops and restaurants in Goshen.

Cassandra is an exceptional host. She was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb is one of the apartments in an older (c1920s) house but it is clean and well maintained. It is an upstairs apartment with an older (therefore steep by modern standards) indoor staircase. If stairs are a problem for you this may not be the roght place, but otherwise I would recommend it highly.

We loved staying at Steve & Tammy’s while in town for the ND game. The place is so well thought out and everything you would want is there. We loved the welcome basket and all the other special touches. The decor was amazing and it was such a restful place to stay. We will be back to visit again in the future!

April and Jon were outstanding hosts. Friendly couple dedicated to deliver a cozy environment. Place is really beautiful and spacious, located in a nice area with lots of things to do around!

Great Spot, Great Hosts and Location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little home. We stayed here for almost 6 weeks while our 5th wheel RV was being repaired at the factory. The house was very well cleaned and in good shape. Nice large backyard for the kids to play in as well as bird watching. There were no TVs which was actually a plus for our no-screens family. There was a nice welcome basket with some snacks as well as coffee and tea for the coffee maker. All the kitchen tools you could need were provided if you plan on cooking. We also enjoyed the very nice ping pong table downstairs and being able to hang dry clothes on the laundry line downstairs by the new washer and dryer. Internet was good- no interruptions while working remotely. Host and owner were very nice and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. We recommend checking out E&S Bulk Foods (cash only), Dutch Country Market, Yoder Meats & Cheese, and Yoder Red Barn shops while you are in town

Wonderful place loaded with all of the extras. Property as advertised and beautiful interior all decked out in Notre Dame memorabilia which was fun to see. Would definitely return to this property!

We LOVED our stay in South Bend! Doug's place was fantastic-- clean and cozy with lots of space. Doug was extremely prompt with communication which we appreciated!! The location is great-- easy walk to Notre Dame. We were here for Women's basketball and would stay here again !! Thank you!! GO IRISH!

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

Highly recommended! Conveniently located for Notre Dame (go Irish!), pristine condition, kitchen & bathrooms well supplied, comfy & relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive host (one minor issue was fixed the same day with great communication). It was above our expectations - look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable environment during our stay. Cheryl was a great host. She was very helpful with any questions and any needs we had. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very convenient to restaurants. While the location is in a quiet neighborhood, it is quick and easy to get to the main roads to either downtown Goshen, Dunlap or Elkhart. Thank you for making this space available.

Beautiful, cozy space with a great location!

The area was quiet and we liked the fact it had a small gym. For the money we paid it was everything we expected and convenient to drive to shops. If you want convenience in a quiet location then it's perfect. The bed was quiet comfortable too, although we didn't use the pillow as I bought our own. Plenty of space for 2 people, actually also 4 with a nice large kitchen table.
