Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Elkhart County

Great effort was made for our comfort. The remodeling of this older house is great, with many ways to charge our electronics, great wi-fi and good TV streaming. The bed was comfortable, with a very plush comforter. The bathroom is well furnished, with easy to operate shower and plenty of fast hot water. Kitchen was well furnished, even with some farm fresh eggs and staples from previous visitors. The property was mostly quiet, with a good view of the river (while trees with no leaves). It's an easy walk to a local park and a well furnished grocery store is a couple blocks away. Anticipate squeaky floors in the major traffic areas of bedroom/living room and the first step to the front porch is elevated. We enjoyed our time here and will check to see if this property is available when we return to this area next month.

Great place to stay for a weekend with some friends. Table was just perfect enough to play card games with everyone. A little chilly to use the kayaks on the river but was very peaceful to read outside on the deck!

My family has been here before and it was during the summer and we loved it sooo much that we came back but this time it’s during spring, we definitely prefer going during the summer but we love this place so much!!! My kids love it ❤️ we loved using the grill and the paddle boats. Would definitely suggest it for families!

the home was beautiful, very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. i was comfortable and the guests i brought with enjoyed it as well. i’m from the area and it still felt like i was on vacation. it was my first time getting an air bnb so i was nervous of what to expect but it definitely didn’t disappoint. isaac was also caring and definitely wants you to enjoy yourself. i would definitely come back especially in the summer.

Emily and Kenton did a super job hosting our 5 siblings and their spouses for a beautiful weekend. They were extremely welcoming and very warm in their interactions with us, but also good in giving us privacy and space to ourselves. Their home felt like our home. It was a beautiful location and convenient to all the surrounding activities. Emily shared with us the history of the home and surrounding area, as well as, how she and Kenton felt lead to make the purchase of the home. God has blessed them in the wonderful ministry they now share with others to the glory of His Name. Thank you, Emily and Kenton for sharing with us your blessings from God. Such a lovely place! Well maintained trails to explore. The instructions to get in and out were super clear + easy to follow. Although they live right next door, we truly felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything you could need was provided. Close to town, but feels like a country getaway! Hope to return again and again while visiting family in the area.

Amazing place to stay. She had so many little touches that made the stay feel like she really cared about the home and wanted her guests to be comfortable. The pet friendly aspect was really pet friendly, having couch covers and even treats. The beds are firm, so bring a topper if you like soft beds. This place is 100% worth the stay and we would recommend it to everyone.

Marietta was a great host. Communication and hospitality were great, as was the view. It was a perfect fit for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

The house’s interior was beautiful and wonderful. Very relaxing space all around. Especially loved the living room. So many great things to say about it! It was helpful to have a dog waste pick up rake and shovel. While I brought my own, not having to unpack it was a huge help too. Many hosts don’t do that, so it was a plus! Again, it was a wonderful stay with so many great things…the bathroom had great amenities too.
