Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Loved the place will recommend and be back. Trevor is. Great host. Very responsive . The pool is nice and the tiki bar fun open until midnight but weekend 2:30. Hs live music. Place nd Trevor top notch!!!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

my kids and i had a “staycation” at mike and shari’s place over spring break. we had an awesome time together. both the sound and gulf beach access points were super close to the property. we really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches and the unique artwork and decor pieces inside the property made us feel right at home.

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Connie's place. The complex was in a peaceful setting on the bay but still convenient to the beach and restaurants. The convenience of the condo to the pool was a great asset - walk right outside the balcony and enjoy the pool. The complex was undergoing some renovations & repairs but Connie was great about communicating all of that with us. It did not interrupt our fun! :)

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Convenient location and great place to stay. It was equipped with anything and everything you would need. Lived that it was walkable to downtown yet separate enough for some relaxation time with peace and quiet.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue Jay. I appreciated the close walk to the beach and the peaceful bay behind. We enjoyed viewing dolphins in the bay. The pool was nice and not overly crowded. Wendy’s place had everything we needed. We will be back!

Plenty of space for our big group and great location! They also provide a lot of beach chairs, toys, etc, which is very nice!
