The villa is 50 meters from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Cota Quinta - Monolocale Superior

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, direttamente sul mare a picco sulla scogliera per i veri amanti della pace e della tranquillità, ma non per tutti. Alla Cota Quinta si accede tramite una stradina stretta e in salita ma sufficentemente larga per una macchina e per un furgone per gli autisiti più temerari. Una volta arrivati al parcheggio ci sono almeno 50 gardini per raggiungere gli appartamenti da cui si può accedere direttamente al mare per un tuffo dagli scogli.

Lovely two-room apartment located in front of the Gulf of Portoferraio, completely new and surrounded by greenery, consisting of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and outdoor terrace equipped with table and BBQ. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking are also available for guests. Within 500 meters, there are bars/tobacco shops, a restaurant/pizzeria, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a beach with ample free parking.

Villa in a beautiful location, Marina di Campo

Two-room apartment in a 70 sqm villa in a splendid hillside location between Marina di Campo and the magnificent Galenzana beach in the wonderful Tuscan Archipelago park. In the suburban area but close to all the essential amenities, the apartment "Casa Nicola" has a single studio environment with bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, it has a small barbecue and sun loungers . The area is quite private also compared to my main home and separated by vegetation and more. Since the exclusive outdoor space is available in the apartment, however not recited, we will evaluate the hospitality of small sizes of animals.

Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Romantic and authentic , the Capraia apartment reflects the nature of the island of the same name, surrounded by a lush garden of succulents and olive trees , enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf of Lacona . Apartment consists of a large outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers , a barbecue and outdoor shower, a small kitchen with a view, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

My accommodation is located in the Patresi district of the Municipality of Marciana, western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica from the terrace you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
