Affitto trilocale nuovissimo vista mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, posto auto privato e ampia terrazza in parte coperta da porticato in muratura. La mia struttura si trova immersa nel verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Portoferraio e a 100 metri dalle spiagge di ghiaia bianca della Padulella e Capobianco. Gli appartamenti si raggiungono dal porto in soli due minuti con la macchina. Si trovano in una proprietà privata, chiusa da cancelli con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, fornita di sdraio, ombrelloni e servizio di bar-ristorante. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite cancello privato, e per questo ogni cliente avrà la rispettiva chiave. Rete wifi in tutta la struttura Questo appartamento in particolare dispone di ampia terrazza ad uso esclusivo con vista mare, attrezzata con ombrellone, barbecue, tavolo e sedie; area comune per bambini, 2 posti auto, docce esterne con acqua calda. E' composto da ampio salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, bella zona pranzo dotata di componibile moderno con lavastoviglie, due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una doppia, due bagni, entrambi con doccia, di cui uno con lavatrice. Dispone inoltre di riscaldamento, per cui è fruibile anche nel periodo invernale, ma non si affitta comunque per periodi superiori al mese. L'ingresso degli ospiti è previsto dalle ore 14 del giorno di arrivo, mentre l'uscita deve avvenire entro le ore 10 del giorno di partenza. Accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella. Area giochi per bambini. 2 posti auto privati. NEL PERIODO DI MEDIA E ALTA STAGIONE ( dal 6 giugno al 13 settembre) AFFITTIAMO SETTIMANALMENTE E IL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT E' SEMPRE IL SABATO. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Elba Dependance (a few meters from the sea)

Small and charming Annex for 2 people. You will find yourself just a 2-minute walk to the sea with free parking in our large and quiet garden. In the most beautiful and characteristic part of Marina di Campo, bars, restaurants, shops, all within walking distance. Studio apartment consisting of a double bed, large wardrobe, Smart TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and full kitchenette. Independent entrance from the garden with ample outdoor space where you can eat.

Casa Sofema seaside home with Wi-Fi

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in summer Wi-Fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

At Nonna Anna's

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. On foot you can reach the beach of Moletto and Barbarossa, as well as the various bars, restaurants and supermarkets of Porto Azzurro. HEATING: December/March FERRY DISCOUNT

La primavera, l’autunno e anche l'inverno sono stagioni molto belle per apprezzare l’Elba, il Parco dell’Arcipelago e le sue tante risorse: dal trekking alla barca, dagli itinerari per le due ruote fino alle immersioni in un vero e proprio paradiso naturalistico. Il periodo adatto per sentirsi abitanti dell’isola e non turisti. In questi mesi si affitta, a Cavo, una villetta indipendente con tre camere, doppi servizi, e impianto di climatizzazione in tutte le stanze.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

A historic Tonnara dating back to 1840 built on a small rocky promontory, overlooking the quiet Bagno beach. Surrounded by a private park, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 adults plus 2 children in the mezzanine and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. A large terrace, with dining table, deckchairs and barbecue, allows you to enjoy the house inside and out.

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!
