You’ll love it for its outdoor areas with plenty of spaces for relaxing, the outdoor kitchen, the sun-lounging area, and the hot tub, all for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests, as well as for the view of Fetovaia Bay, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility. In addition, the house is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The offer includes a free covered parking space, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, fenced garden and barbecue.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
