In a village built in a former terrace vineyard consisting on about 15 well designed small houses in as very calm area, greenery and countryside, I rent an entire apartment very nice and suitable for 5 people. There is a spacious living room with a sofa, two bedrooms (double), shower-room/WC bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, terrace, garden and balcony. The garden is well shaded and equiped with cosy terrace with pergola, table and chairs, BBQ and shower. The village (Villaggio la Serra) is very nice: is kids friendly and relaxing, with keeper, cars limited access, greenery, play ground, tennis court, hangar for bicycles, private parking. The apartment is situated about 500m from the sea and 1500m from Marina di Campo downtown, everything is easily accessible by car or by bike. The town Marina di Campo is very cozy with facilities, shops, restaurants and a nice night life, the beach is the biggest of the island. Also 2 bicycles area available for the guest! The island of Elba offers many activities, aquatic sports, cycling and walks in the mountains. The nature is still unspoilt and the life style relaxing. There is an airport on the island and regular ferry boats linking Piombino on the mainland.
