Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Elba

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Berith. Celle-ci est décorée avec beaucoup de charme. Elle est très bien située, dans un endroit paisible, avec un jardin magnifique. Berith est très agréable pour la communication et nous avait laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de limoncello. Le seul point négatif a été un problème d'evacuation des toilettes. Merci Berith pour votre accueil!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette villa. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment magnifique. Le logement est confortable et très bien situé à Portoferraio, car proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt.

La casa di Alda è immersa nel verde, a pochi km da Capoliveri. Il patio è molto bello inmerso nel verde e permette di godersi cene molto rilassanti. Alda é disponibilissima. Ad esempio di ciò iniziato a piovere ci ha prontamente portato un ombrello, non avendo prenotazioni per la giornata successiva ci ha offerto una notte gratis per poter prendere il traghetto la mattina seguente e non la notte. Il tutto in maniera molto discreta e mai invasiva. SUPER consigliata!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Nadia bietet einen hervorragenden Service.Bei Fragen bekommt man eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was im alltag und zum Kochen benötigt wird. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Duschen im Garten bei Sonne und bei Regen. Frische Feigen ab dem Baum und Kräuter zum Kochen.Ein kleines schönes Paradies sehr zum empfehlen. Wir können überhaupt nichts bemängeln und würden jeder Zeit wieder gehen.

Siamo stati in questa casa per 10 giorni. Ottima la posizione per girare la zona mineraria tra spiagge e paesi. Con pochi minuti di auto si hanno a disposizione tutti i servizi. Bellissima la vista da casa e la posizione in collina permette di godere di un ottimo vento fresco anche nelle giornate più afose. La casa è immersa nella natura. Fuori si hanno a disposizione una splendida terrazza e il barbecue. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo l’alloggio a chi cerca una casa fuori dal centro abitato, ma non lontana dai servizi.

We had a wonderful stay at Seccione . The accommodation and surroundings were more than we'd hoped for. The caretakers cottage is stylishly decorated with everything there you need. The garden and pool are beautiful, lovely plants and trees, amazing view with the sea right there, a very short walk to the beach. Sebastian was very friendly helpful, everything is well considered and very professional.

Le foto corrispondono perfettamente con l'appartamento che è spazioso e molto bello a mio parere. Ottima l'ubicazione, zona tranquilla e rilassante con bello spazio esterno, è stato favoloso pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Il centro di Porto Azzurro si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. Ottimo!

Nice place very close to the sea. Apartment is exact as it is described. Especially big terrasse with sea view was the place where we spent most of the time. Tania is nice and pleasant host, ok communication. Maybe the only thing I would recommend is the air-condition. It is not easy to sleep in these hot summer days if you are not used to it.

Ottima esperienza, il monolocale é nel centro del paese vicino al porto e a tutti i servizi. Noi ci siamo spostati a piedi utilizzando l’autobus per visitare le spiagge nei dintorni. Il Monolocale é funzionale e ben arredato, non manca niente. A poca distanza un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi e nei dintorni forno e pescheria. Tutto come ci aspettavamo, anche meglio!!!

Die Wohnung von Tinka ist ein Traum . Ruhig und sehr zentral. Man ist quasi direkt im Zentrum von Capoliveri und direkt im Geschehen. Wir haben es genossen überall schnell zu sein. Die Wohnung selbst ist topp ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Urig und mit allem was man braucht um mal ein Essen zuzubereiten. Nicht zu vergessen der traumhafte Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Sonnenuntergänge werden wir wohl nicht vergessen. Danke liebe Tinka, dass wir bei dir zu Gast sein durften. Alles liebe Susanne und Jürgen

We stayed a little over a week with our dog and really enjoyed the space. The view is absolutely fantastic, Giacomo was always very responsive and gave us tips for restaurants or various things and the garden is also very beautiful. The mornings on the terrace are very nice and Marciana can be reached quickly by car or on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially with a dog.

Sehr sympathische, gemütliche Wohnung im lebendigen Herzen des kleinen Ortes mit genauso sympathischer Gastgeberin. Wir konnten uns für ein paar Tage ein bisschen in Elba zu Hause fühlen. In der Wohnung eine angenehm persönliche Note, nicht nur das Notwendigste. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ganz im Sinne des ursprünglichen Gedankens von airbnb: von privat zu privat. Vielen lieben Dank, Laura, dass wir in deiner Wohnung sein durften und für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Appartamento nuovo e arredato bene in modo funzionale. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità con una bellissima vista degli ulivi; inoltre vicina ai centri e servizi principali. L'attenzione del proprietario è stata massima e non abbiamo avuto necessità particolari durante il soggiorno. Sicuramente da ritornare.

Silvia warmly welcomed to us the property and showed us round. She communicated with us as needed, was quick to respond to a query we had, and even checked that our stay was going well. The house and garden are beautiful and very well kept. It is a quiet location only 10 minutes walk from sandy Lacona beach with its clear water and snorkelling. We had a wonderful family holiday here with our adult children. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can easily cater for yourself, if you wish. The living area is spacious and the covered terrace great to eat out on - we even did so on the day it rained! Everything about the property lived up to our expectations and we enjoyed visiting other beaches, hilltop villages and walking the trails and Monte Capanne. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable and for the welcome gift in the fridge.

La villa di Luise si trova in una posizione unica, la vista dalla terrazza difficilmente si scorderà. È dotata di tutto quello che serve per sentirsi come a casa. La piscina e la zona intorno alla piscina (sdraio, patio) ci ha permesso di rilassarci anche quando non eravamo in spiaggia. Da tenere in considerazione che il supermercato più fornito è a Marciana Marina (a mezz’ora di macchina), ma basta organizzarsi bene all’arrivo. Aline e Agata ci hanno accolte con molta professionalità e per tutto il tempo sono state disponibili e cortesi. Il barbecue purtroppo era inutilizzabile, abbiamo apprezzato che Agata si sia attivata subito per fornirci la piastra elettrica ma era purtroppo piccolina per una famiglia di 5.

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

In 8 amici abbiamo trascorso solo un weekend, troppo poco, nell'alloggio di Barbara. Location fantastica, per un gruppo numeroso è perfetta, molto riservata e nel verde, ma raggiungibile senza troppi problemi dalla strada principale che porta al Golfclub Acquabona. Barbara sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha inoltre permesso, visto il periodo di fine stagione, di prolungare il checkout per farci godere appieno anche l'ultimo giorno fino alla fine. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare!

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

Nous revenons pour la 4eme fois chez Ricardo. La maison et le spot sont idéaux.

Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund in diesem besonderem Haus. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer. Das Haus ist genauso besonders wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich , geräumig und perfekt um gemeinsam, Privat und Ruhig zusammen sein zu können. Die Küche ist großzügig Ausgestattet. 3 Autos können Problemlos im Hof parken. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist ein Traum! Es ist komplett umzäunt was toll für unsere Hündin war um herum zu laufen und liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von einem schönen Sand Strand mit Felsen entfernt. Porto Azzuro ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und war für Einkäufe und Restaurant Besuche unser Lieblings Städtchen. Nadia hat uns herzlich am Haus empfangen. Sie spricht leider kein Englisch aber das war irgendwie gar kein Problem- Sie ist eine sehr Freundliche Person!

Gli spazi comuni sono davvero enormi, 4 bagni e 6 camere la rende molto comoda per più nuclei famigliari come nel nostro caso, la cucina super attrezzata, cenare con una vista così è impagabile.
