Casita Klein Switzerland is a renovated 100 year old cottage in the Lecrín Valley, with a patio with potted plants and a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and the valley with citrus orchards and pine forest. Located on the southern flank of the Sierra Nevada, halfway between the coast and Granada with the Alhambra (both just 20 minutes by car), there is a wonderful microclimate. This is an ideal destination if you want to relax in the mountains, the city and by the sea during your vacation or workation.

Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.
