Apartment matches the pictures, very well equipped, very quiet at night with closed windows and despite thin walls/ceilings (standard) to the neighboring apartments. Air conditioning works well. Large supermarket right around the corner. Bus and metro stops can be reached quickly. 10 minutes to downtown, ride costs less than 50 ct with rechargeable card, and half hour to Torremolinos. Beach within 10 min walking. Don't be irritated by the outside of the building, everything inside is great. Great courtyard, has something. Ideal for two people, but also a second bedroom with two single beds for two more people. Good WiFi. Interior ceiling kitchen should be repainted, older water damage visible, but only small visual defect.

Perfect location for two people, especially if you rent a car, as there is a private garage available for parking. Public transport options like buses, trains, and the metro are nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute drive from the apartment. It can be a bit noisy in the morning due to its proximity to a school, but if you’re out exploring during the day, it’s not a major issue. The apartment has everything you need, except for a washing machine — although there is a public laundromat nearby. It’s also close to stores like Mercadona and local bakeries where you can buy food. The apartment is clean, and the hosts are very kind and respond promptly. All in all, highly recommended!

Well-equipped, clean studio, close to the beach but also public transport to get to the historic center of Malaga. The apartment is quiet despite being on the ground floor and overlooking the street. We were greeted by Juan Antonio who knows how to use Google translate very well!! Isabel adapted to our check-in time and gave us plenty of recommendations nearby (you must try the ice cream shop!). In fact we were just disappointed by the cleanliness of the sea...but Isabel can't help that!

Maria is a perfect host. We had problems that were not her fault, but the professionalism of Maria and her husband was impeccable.
