Hermosa casa de 2 niveles que fusiona el exterior con el interior con una agradable vista al mar e Isla Cerralvo desde la sala exterior en la palapa. Contamos con una gran alberca y un jacuzzi para relajarte, un asador y para los pequeños tenemos una cama elástica, una mesa de Ping pong, cancha de voleibol playero, una fogata de gas y lugares para descansar en el exterior así como un hermoso jardín lleno de palmas de coco y mucho espacio para estar en familia.

We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home! Beautiful views, right on the beach, wonderfully relaxing spacious home and patio, lots of room for entertaining, very well-equipped kitchen. You would need to stay a lot longer than we did to avail yourself of all of the amenities. Gorgeous cardon forest right across the street with bike/ running paths. Plenty of parking. Allan was EXTREMELY responsive, answering all messages promptly. The only suggestion I have is to revise the instructions in the app; they specify to call a person who was not the correct person when we visited, and the directions to the house are confusing and there is more than one set, which conflict with one another. While we were trying to find the house (in the dark, our bad, do not advise) Allan was answering our messages right away and finally came to get us, then all was OK. I would not change a single other thing, though!

What a perfect place for a small group of friends who came to La Ventana for a week of wing foiling. Great location that is a short, walkable distance up the road to La Playa to rent and launch and also a short walk across the road to launch if you don’t have a vehicle. Easy for shuttle pick-up and drop off from airport. Walkable to many restaurants and beach. House was perfect and stocked with useful things to make the trip easy and enjoyable. Beautiful ocean views from the roof! Juan is a great host. Highly recommend. Very nice house that is well cared for:)

The schoolie was exactly as described. Comfortable, private and close to the beach. Baja Grill is a great restaurant across the street with lively music some nights but shuts down early so doesn’t keep you up if you are an early to bed sort. Ernesto and Samir went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
