I had a wonderful stay at Fabiola’s place. She was incredibly responsive, positive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The space itself was perfect—beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and styled to match the surrounding environment. One of the highlights was the romantic on-site restaurant, which featured a unique tasting menu and five-star presentation—it truly elevated the whole experience. But nothing compares to the sunrises I witnessed from the rooftop of my room. I’ve never seen anything so breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a great stay at Casa Xolo this past weekend! The property is beautiful and the rental units are thoughtfully designed and super comfortable. We hadn’t planned on it, but ended up having dinner at their on-site restaurant the night we arrived (open Thursday to Saturday) — and it was absolutely fantastic! One of the best meals we had on our trip. Breakfast was also included with our stay and just as delicious. Fabiola and Steve were wonderful hosts — super warm and welcoming — and their dogs are lovely. We brought our dog along too, and everyone got along perfectly. The whole property has a really cool, relaxed vibe, and having the restaurant there made it even more special. If you're headed to La Ventana, definitely stay here! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at 20-30 Knots! Ned was a great, accessible host and directed us to great restaurants and activities including marine life tours, kiteboarding/foiling lessons, local trails, markets, and events. Property is right near a great selection of seaside restaurants, yoga studios, and one minute from a grocery store. Arcade games were next level (especially Pong), AC worked great, cleanliness was 10/10. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Fabi and Steven where extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The best parts about staying here is access to the best food and plugging into the amazing culture and community of LV through the restaurant and events at Casa Xolo. Our wifi was a bit spotty, sometimes it would not support video calls. Also make sure you like dogs if you come here. We had a couple 7:30am morning with dogs barking on our porch. The restaurant / love shows also stays lively till around midnight - which we actually really enjoyed. I have stayed in 5 different places in La Ventana and this is definitely on of the best. We look forward to staying again.

This place is a true sanctuary and Emanuele is the best host and instantly treats you like a friend. He is also a great cook :) I feel I can finally arrive somewhere after i have been moving from one place to the next. All the tents are really beautiful and built with much love. There is a fire place and the showers have warm water. And you have a great view. This place has character, definitely the right choice.

I would say it was excellent. The location was really nice. It was quiet. The restaurant was very good. The downside is the furniture was not comfortable to sit on but it was quite lovely. They provided us with extra water as we were there for 10 days which was a nice plus. They responded to any issues we had, and were easy to get a hold of either at reception or at the restaurant. Having the fridge was certainly a bonus.

I had a great stay here. If you are looking for 1/ a central location where you can walk to multiple launch spots, bars, cafes, and restaurants, 2/ a social community of like-minded wind enthusiasts from around the world, and 3/ a well-designed setting with a great common kitchen/dining area and deck upstairs with the best sunrise and bay views around, well, then I would highly recommend the La Ventana Hostel.

The palace is as it is shown in the pictures. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect for working remotely and enjoying the beautiful Ventana beaches ( 10 minutes walking distance). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Restaurants and bars are close by. Highly reccomanded
