This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. A recent guest mentioned: "you can go and explore the banana plantation freely: its an unreal experience".

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a villa, with a large terrace, garden, barbecue, and private heated pool. Quiet area in the countryside from where you can see the sea and the mountains. Please note that there are cats on the property, not in the apartment itself but in the garden. We recommend renting a car as the apartment is away from the population center, it is located in an ideal environment to relax and unwind with good weather all year round.
