Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in El Rosarito

My third stay in Vista Vella II. Santiago is a very helpful host. He assisted me with a variety of details about several units that he manages. This condo is awesome with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor facing the ocean. Located next to Costco and across the street from a 24 hour supermarket. The condo was clean, stylish and comfortable. There were 3 of us. We had a 2 bedroom condo with one king sized bed and two full size beds in the second bedroom that was beautifully furnished. Lovely, peaceful and clean complex with 3 pools. Everything is as pictured. Easy using Uber. Pool was never crowded it was very clean and well maintained. Overall, an awesome value and experience staying here. I can't wait to return.

This is hands down our best find in Airbnb Mexico! Located at the Zona Hotelera, this place has everything you can ask for and more! We were very happy to stay here and we didn’t drive more than five minutes to get supplies or gas. I highly recommend this place. Plus, they have Patricio 🐶 to greet you and take you to your new space. Thanks!

Perfectly set up for a couple, couples, or a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was there for our use if we wanted. All appliances were new and the convenience of a washer and dryer was appreciated. A great getaway spot. It was our first Air BnB experience and we would do it again. All the locals who Suzanne had help us were friendly and accommodating. The complex is well patrolled so we always felt safe. Even on our one rainy day we were able to keep amused with games and puzzles, all available in the condo. It was very quiet. We never heard any noise from neighbours above

Diana was a great host who was friendly and always quick to respond. We have a little one and she provided essential baby amenities and even included fun beach toys and bouncy balls. The location was a quick drive to downtown or Médano beach. The beach access through The Riu is from 9am-6pm, outside of those times you have to drive to beach access. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they’re not part of the included amenities — everything else you could need is there! Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay - beautiful ocean view. Close to quiet pool and beach. We were so sad to come home!

Malissa's place was just what we were looking for: a place right on the beach to return to after a 3-day music festival that was peaceful and quiet to help recharge for the next day. We booked 1 day before the festival and a couple days after, and it was such a nice space that we wished we could've booked a few more days. Another plus was that it was easy and inexpensive to Uber back and forth from the venue. We really loved the wraparound balcony and being high up on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the ocean, and I found it hard not to stay in the wonderful swinging chair the entire time :) The grounds are well maintained and absolutely gorgeous with lots of pretty palms and flowering plants. The layout was spacious and full of shelving and nooks and crannies to spread out a bit with your luggage. Very comfy furniture, lots of room for 2 people to relax, and a very comfortable bed. I got my ocean fix, thank you!

This place was truly immaculate and a sweet escape to return to after a day of sun and exploration! Condo was spacious and in a great location to walk to bars and the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and both balconies were the perfect spot for meals. Loved the vaulted ceilings as well, it felt like we had plenty of space to relax in. Highly recommend this condo!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at CASA Christine in San Jose del Cabo! This Airbnb was perfect for my husband and me with our two sons, striking an ideal balance between togetherness and personal space. The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing us to gather comfortably as a group while also providing separate areas for moments of privacy or quiet time. My husband and I come to SJC often, and we will book again! The pool was a highlight—well-maintained and a retreat after a day of exploring. Every function in the home worked flawlessly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cute, vibrant gardens surrounding the property created a serene oasis. The location of CASA Christine is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to a nearby grocery store, charming local shops, and even the vibrant downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. This made it incredibly convenient to pick up essentials! Highly recommend!

Everything matches the photos, it was clean and tidy, we had no problem, everything was easy to access, there was hot water, a washing machine, clean sheets, the area was quiet, Dulce was always available in case we needed anything.

Great host. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Planning on returning here soon!

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

Wow! Just wow. Karly's place was absolutely beautiful. The perfect place for a romantic getaway for my partner and I. It looked exactly like the pictures (possibly even better) and felt very private. We woke up to ocean views every day and felt like we were in paradise. We especially appreciated Karly's recommendations and the espresso. The airbnb is stocked with everything you'll need; complex is clean, safe and quiet; and 24 hour security was friendly and wonderful to have. Romero was excellent. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back to stay at Karly's place!

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

It was such a treat to stay here, loved the peace and quiet area. Great location not far from everything we wanted to do. Would for sure stay here again when it’s time to go to Cabo again.

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

Loved the space it was super clean, well located, and had all the amenities including a pool in the complex! So happy I found this gem and would def would love to stay there again.

The accommodation is very nice. It is very close to the beach and the hotel area in case you attend an event/congress in a hotel. Communication with Maureen was very simple and smooth. The arrival time was flexible. If I had the chance to return to this apartment, I would do it without hesitation.
