Family-friendly vacation rentals in El Rosarito

Very convenient apartment for families traveling with kids, they enjoyed the bathtub of the main bedroom and having the pool right in front. Everything was super clean and worked perfect! Super attentive hosts!

Accessing the condo was seamless, the transportation company recommended to us by the host was excellent. The host was exceedingly responsive, terrific. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. Beds are comfortable. The condo is in a great location, it is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, coolers, were a great bonus.) The grill on the upper deck was awesome, we cooked several suppers on it. We were able to walk into town easily for suppers or groceries. (Walmart and Chedrauri are 20 minute walk) Taxis are readily available should you choose not to walk. The condo grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The condo itself was very quiet, however there is some traffic noise from nearby roadways and a local bar. If we find ourselves back in Cabo, we would definately rent this condo again.

Stunning condo, exactly as pictured. A short walk to Medano Beach, and only a $4-5 USD Uber ride away from the marina. We arranged for a round trip airport pickup through Hugo with Carlos, which included a grocery store shopping trip! My cousin and I felt super luxurious having two large bedrooms and our own bathrooms to ourselves, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The condo route is SO much better than being at a big resort with a million people and screaming kids! We had the absolute best location of being on the 6th floor, and the jacuzzi was a game changer...we slept SO much better after taking a dip! We could hear the booming clubs until almost 3:00 a.m on some nights (it is spring break)., but I can't imagine how much worse it would be if we were any closer to town. All in all a great host, great location, and great trip! Thanks so much Victoria!

Our experience at Reef’s condo @ Las Olas was amazing. Easy self check in. Place is gated w/24hr security. We were fam of 4 and had more room than we knew what to do with. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great but ceiling fans throughout unit were a plus. Condo stocked with everything u could need - towels, extra bedding, beach towels, in room safes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. supermarket is about 2 miles away, but there’s a tiny store around corner, that carries drinks, water, items for cooking plus variety of snacks. It’s a 5th floor corner unit & the view is stunning. Ocean sunrises are unbelievable. Loved pool/jacuzzi. Never crowded. Beach is literally steps away. We loved this condo so much, it was hard to leave for tours. Had a rental but also took Ubers into town which was easy. Noise wasn’t too bad for us, but earplugs were provided. next to zippers restaurant there’s a beach parking area- u gotta try the fresh coconuts & coco-horchata! Love this place, we will be returning

This was living in an artist’s dream! 😍 We have stayed and experienced quite a few Airbnb’s, but this was just pulling and tying together all the strings to make it the best ⭐️ Tropical and beach vibes, breezy open living, a house filled with artwork (of the host’s mother) and collected treasures, including carefully handwritten recipes on musky smelling sheets of paper. Autumn was such a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating, highly recommend renting the whole place to get the full experience.

Grazzia & Pedro were awesome and helpful hosts. Strongly recommend. They were able to pick us up from the airport which made it stress free and give us a ride at the end of our trip and lucky to enough to get flexible early check in for a small charge. Helpful instructions and recommendations of the area. The location was great. Short walk to the beach and ocean, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walk to the town plaza with . Would come back again!

We really found this ABnB fantastic. This was the first time for us selecting a ABnB and a good choice it was. The grounds around the property were well maintained , the walk to the clubhouse was short , the people and food at the club house were great. The water in the pool straight out was a bit cool but warmed up throughout the day. The place is very quiet , so we liked this. The house itself is well stocked with utensils you will need to cook inside and out. We rented a car this time, which was great so you don’t have to rely on shuttles and Taxis. The La Comer is close and has everything you need to stock the frig. Bennie was helpful as well. Overall a great time here. We will likely book again next year.

Our stay at Nicole’s condo at Mykonos was wonderful! Nicole was great at answering my questions and letting me know it would feel like staying at any other resort, no need to bring anything extra. She was right! Everything you’d need at a beach condo was supplied: fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, games, comfortable furniture inside and on the three porches! We loved how quiet the whole resort was and very well maintained. It was in a good location, a quick car ride to downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas! There are several beach restaurants in walking distance from the condo, and others just a short drive away. Again, Nicole was a great host, very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and super helpful with suggestions in her house manual. We will definitely be back and would stay in her condo again!

great space and few for the price! not too much in the area but it's very easy to Uber anywhere. great communication and allowed me to check in early!

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Ventanas. There were 8 of us and plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The views were absolutely stunning and the pictures almost doesn't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings and watching the whales jumping every day. We would head out to dinner which would be about a 15-20 min Uber ride to downtown San Juan or about 35 mins to downtown Cabo. We would then Uber home to sit upstairs by the firepit and just look at the stars. The house was perfectly described and had all of the amenities we needed for the week. Grocery store was just across the highway which was very convenient. Kelly was very responsive and Carlos was amazing. He was our main point of contact and was always responsive and very helpful. He even greeted us with fresh guacamole, chips, flowers and a bottle of tequila. Other than some occasional highway noise in the distance, this place was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay. Paul is the best host I've ever met when using Airbnb. The house was just like in the ad. Really nice place. If you're looking for privacy, this is the place. Close to beautiful beaches where you can even see whales near the shore. You can walk or go in your car. There are really nice, friendly neighbors. Near restaurant and store. We will totally be back.

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Excellent location for your Cabo stay. Johnny’s 2 bed/2bath condo is exactly as described. Super close to all the action but just far away enough to avoid all the nightlife noise. This is a great spot to explore Cabo - the beach, marina, hike and restaurants. Nice pool are, very quiet complex. Would love to own this place! Johnnys instructions are clear and helpful.

Tana's place is a cute condo perfectly located in the marina area. Close to shops and restaurants. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. I'll definitely be looking to rent this again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pedregal, Los Cabos! The location was perfect—Pedregal is such a walkable, charming neighbourhood with restaurants and shops (and also walkable to the Marina). Uber was super convenient when we wanted to venture a bit further, rides were quick and easy (into town, and even up to San Jose) The suite itself was lovely, and the patio was a standout feature. We spent every morning out there with coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over Cabo. It's breathtaking. The pools are just minutes from the suite (and visible right from the unit), which made it super easy to pop down throughout the day. Our host was amazing, responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He arranged a driver for airport pickup and drop-off, and even helped us coordinate a grocery delivery so we arrived to a fully stocked fridge. Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a mix of relaxation, convenience, and gorgeous Cabo vibes.

place was great, upstairs communicated well. the only thing I would suggest is a golf cart to get around within the community.

Great location. Would recommend having a car to get to the downtown area and to more swim friendly beaches. The condo was perfect for our family and was a great vacation spot!!!

If you’re reading this, stop and book this Airbnb immediately! This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had, and the location was unbeatable. The property manager, Robin, was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every morning unforgettable—especially the sunrises from the rooftop. The location is just a short Uber ride from Cabo and all the attractions, but honestly, I could have stayed at the house the whole time. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had everything my partner needed for cooking. The house was beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. There’s also a fantastic grocery store called Fresko nearby, as well as a Costco for all your needs. I felt very safe using Uber to get around. We’ll definitely be coming back!
