Vacation rentals with a patio in El Remanzo

Stella Mar is a great value. We stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was spacious and very convenient. The location is also excellent close to restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We would stay here again.

Estuvimos muy a gusto nos sentimos como en casa al apartamento y sus zonas comunes eran muy bonitas y tenía todas las comodidades ,el chek in fue super fácil ya que antes de llegar te daban todas las instrucciones con precisión, todo estaba super limpio e impecable sin duda lo recomendaría 100%

Martin is a superb host. Very responsive, nice, and accommodating of any need - such a nice person that makes you feel like your stay is the most important thing. The place is amazing. It's small and cozy, with good airflow and AC at hot times. There is a great garden with a big tree for shade, comfortable beach chairs, a hammock, and a shower. The water is 20 meters from the door, and it's a short 15-minute walk to Bigginers Bay and Santana and 2-5 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery shop. We came by car with a toddler and enjoyed the time. It is great for surfers who want to surf the area, beginners who want to learn in the beginners' bay, and people who want to stay in front of the water in a relaxing place.

The house is beautiful, spacious and great for family events. Every room has a private shower and restrooms. My family was so happy with the house. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 6 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. We are definitely coming back to this house. From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! El lugar es tal como las fotos, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario . Aunque no es frente a la playa lo compensa con el espacio abierto y verde alrededor , muy acogedor. La zona de la piscina es perfecta. Volveríamos sin duda

We stayed at this beautiful and cozy home in Las Salinas for 3 days. Three adults and a 3 year old toddler. The home is tastefully decorated with modern and rustic design with touches of native elements. Loved the local blue tile and local wood furniture. Comfy beds, linens & blankets. The A/C & water pressure was great. Filtered drinking water & basic cooking utensils are provided. Plenty of games to play with family or friends. A groundskeeper and or security guard is always on site and the property is gated. The home is close to the main paved road but there is a short drive on a dirt road. SUV recommended and 4x4 during rainy season. Zivile was great with communication prior to and during our stay. She made it a point to greet & welcome us to the home. The home was spacious and very well maintained. Overall great!

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Maria Andrea es muy amable. Siempre a la orden para cualquier pregunta además que fue muy flexible con nosotros con respecto al check in y check out. Éramos 4 personas. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio, complejo de apartamentos con vista al mar y al Cristo de San Juan del Sur. Hubo una restricción de 20kwh por día, la cual me pareció una buena iniciativa de ahorrar energía pensando el tema ecológico. Nosotros no usamos los aires acondicionados por decisión propia lo que nos mantuvo muy por debajo del límite y no tuvimos que pagar nada al final. con mucho gusto volvería al apartamento de María Andrea!

Muy recomendado….. regresaría siempre. Para familias es súper location.

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo, a solo pasos de la playa, los propietarios son muy amables y responden muy rápido cualquier duda. Para tomar en cuenta en el futuro, en el complejo hay 1 sola piscina para los 3 apartamentos, los propietarios viven ahí mismo, y aunque un automóvil puede ingresar por la calle, sí es mejor llegar con carro alto. Por lo demás, la estadía estuvo muy placentera.
