The house is spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils, large pots, pans, cutlery, among others, it has a lot of space, the pool is clean and the hot tub was one of the highlights of the stay, it works with firewood that is available near the house, the host is very kind and receptive and always attentive at the time of arrival, the only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the presence of flies that I hope they can fix, otherwise everything was excellent.

The photos do not do justice to how comfortable the house is. it is on the hill in a quiet sector. It has everything you need for the kitchen, towels, laundry, condiments, appliances etc. It has a very comfortable patio where there is a terrace with armchairs and a quincho to make roasts, swimming pool and jacuzzi that is very comfortable to use and heat. Firewood available for stove and also in the rooms there are heaters in case of cold. You can walk down to the beach, it is about 15 min, not to go by car. I highly recommend the place and we are looking forward to coming back.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

A good place to stay, it's cozy and has a lot of space. It is close to the main places of black island and Oscar is a very attentive host to any requirement. The house keeps the heat well for its construction material and was clean when we arrived. There are not many appliances, you have to go prepared if they are required.

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

The house is really nice, everything works perfectly, the decor is nice and cozy and it is very well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, duvets, etc.). It's even better than what you can see in the photos. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host for questions and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

The house is as described. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Lily is amazing, always attentive to any detail. It even helped me when my car was in pana. Just one detail: the driveway for cars is quite narrow. Thank you for a great stay!

The house comes with everything you need to stay, a good terrace and functional. It would be nice to have a TV, since when traveling with children it is very useful for them to watch movies. The condominium is very quiet and has a very nice environment, close to the beach 10 minutes by car, very good restaurants in the center of Algarrobo.

Multiple up-grade needs to be done on the property -Paint in general(has very old wallpaper) -Incorporar wi-fi -One best SmartTV of 55 minimum -Renovation of mattresses and armchairs -changing carpets in rooms that general bad odor -Great grill -bathrooms(for feet) -Improve access in grjas(generate space to put your hand in by leaving the padlocks closed) -Luz in back yard repair -megor cooler( delay in cooling downstairs) Everything else is fine :)

The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay, from a private pool to a charming pathway that leads directly to the beach—just open a side gate from the garden. You can hear the soothing sound of the ocean from the house, which is truly wonderful. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook at home if you prefer, and there’s also a barbecue area for grilling. Additional amenities include a washer, Wi-Fi, and more. The house is very cozy, and I will definitely return—the price is absolutely worth it.

The house is in an excellent location, it has absolutely everything, a beautiful and comfortable terrace, good mattresses, a 10-minute walk to the main beach. On the other hand, Pablo is a very good host, attentive to any questions. I had a very pleasant stay with my family.

Cabin located in a very quiet area, it does not have parking, but you can leave your vehicle outside without problems. As a recommendation, I would improve the check-out time to 12:00. Everything else a 7

Malu is very friendly and attentive, the hospitality and the service makes you feel right at home. The place is impeccable, tidy, very clean, with everything you need to rest, it creates an atmosphere of tranquility and a very nice feeling of peace. The area is very quiet, beautiful, you can enjoy nature and explore the area on foot, everything is nearby. My family was very happy, and we would definitely come back.
