It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees, so it may have some leaves in it.

Beautiful beach house

Our house is a fantastic resting destination in the isolated area of Tunquén, surrounded by sea, native forests, pedestrian access to the large beach and in the safest controlled access condominium. The house consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, main terrace with grill, open kitchen, hot tub, children's games and "beach" for sunbathing. The loft to play in the children's bedroom is a dream for them! The ideal destination for large families, like ours.

It has excellent insulation and a thermo panel to maintain a pleasant temperature. The house's energy works with a powerful solar system and has well water. It is an excellent place to rest and observe nature given its tranquility and few visitors. Recommended for couples and families.

Please enter the total number of guests coming when booking, as my payment settings in the app are per person. I only charge for those who come and not for the total capacity of the house. I find that form of payment fairer.

Wonderful cabin in Tunquen

Near Valparaiso and Santiago, this ecological cabin is located in a wonderful spot, near the beach and with sea landscapes. Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.
