Everything was impeccable in the apartment and the condominium is very safe. The nice thing about the apartment is that it has direct access to the garden, swimming pools and exit to the beach.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The ocean view dining room is great, it is very well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of 4-6 passengers. The kitchenware is very complete and also has a coffee machine (which we did not use, but nice that it is) and a bottled water dispenser that saved us because there was just a pipe problem in the building during our stay and we were able to use that water while the administration people fixed the problem. The TVs in the rooms run smoothly with cable TV, but they are not smart TVs. The mattresses on the beds could be renovated, the one in the master bedroom is already in decline. The wifi works fine. The building has an elevator for people with reduced mobility, but it only worked on request with reduced hours until 4pm, after the second day of consulting the staff. The temperate pool on the premises did not work while we were. Rest of the pristine enclosure.

Julio is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful and the location is even better. The only negative is the doorman who was at the entrance to the beach, a very rude older man, even rude to us. In addition, the condominium is not pet friendly, just for that reason, the stay was not ideal. Thanks Julio!

The place has a perfect organization and decor, and it has everything , the truth is a good thing to go for a vacation in carob and a very cozy place to stay apart from everything that can be done within the grief .

Very good choice since it has everything you need , the features of the condominium are perfect , we enjoyed the tempered pool every day together with my family , the comfortable apartment with an incredible view, we would return without a doubt.

We already miss the apartment with that beautiful ocean view! Everything was perfect, very comfortable, spacious, bright, clean, in a wonderful environment, steps from the beautiful beach, and with access to a swimming pool with an ocean view. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Everything excellent, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. The view of the lagoon is wonderful and the instructions given by Sujey are very clear and useful.

And some fixes that need to be fine-tuned, such as the electrical theme that is not well finished. But that's it. Just clarify the conditions of rent in relation to the final deep grooming, that we understood that it was towards them and it was charged, and that they were not clear.
