Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The villa is completely independent and quiet, it is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and rest. Located in the middle of the Pago de Ingenio Valley in the municipality of Santa Lucía, it is surrounded by a beautiful palm grove and typical Canarian buildings. The house has two large double bedrooms, each with a full suite bathroom, with a shower and a large living room-kitchen with all the amenities. In addition, it has a swimming pool isolated from the rest of the plot, on a higher level, for greater safety for children and a solarium with incredible views of the surroundings.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Spiral staircase in the heart of Santa Lucia

The house is situated in the middle of an old district, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana, 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest major supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.
