The place is very nice and suitable to spend time with the family. The pool and the ocean view are incredible.

It's a wonderful place if you want to disconnect from the routine and have an experience with nature. But it's also designed for teleworking (excellent internet connection). The host was very kind. I will definitely be back.

Our stay at this Airbnb listing was enjoyable overall. The space was clean and provided a variety of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and even a private playground, which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the wide offer and spent pleasant hours in the various facilities. However, we would have liked a more friendly welcome from the check-in agent. His appearance was a bit distant, which clouded the first impression a little. Another point is that the location during the week is very quiet, which is relaxing, but also means that the food is limited. During our stay we had to drive a little further to find restaurants that were open. Nevertheless, it was a successful stay, and we would like to continue this place due to the great amenities

I am a person of few words, but 10/10 everything was clean, tidy, good reception, safe place, attentive host, the only bad thing was that unfortunately you could not go down to the sea from the development due to geological problems, but that is very separate. In itself, highly recommended, I would come back again.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations: everything was impeccable, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the common areas allowed us to enjoy together without feeling cramped. The location is excellent, in front of the beach and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The apartment is just as advertised, you walk a few meters to the development's pier and you have a view of the sea and common areas. The 2nd night I was cold and I asked him to help me with a blanket and he solved it during the day. (I'm sensitive to the cold)

Excellent service from Mr. Luis and his staff, it is very conveniently located and you can even walk to the shopping mall and several areas. It has a laundry area which is a plus, and additional good general air conditioning. Recommended if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Manta.

A wonderful stay, always very attentive to any concerns and everything exactly as shown in the photos. The location was also perfect, very central, and with lots of food places nearby. We really enjoyed it with my family❤️

Excellent place, would come back a thousand times. It's very practical to have the sea and the pool so close. My only recommendation would be to install a microwave, otherwise 10/10.

We loved our stay at Leonardo's place. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus. He let us check in early and leave late. EXCELLENT commission, great location. Beds were very firm, which we liked. Incredibly safe location with 24 hour security. $5 and 10 minute taxi ride into Manta. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing if you want to relax and see wildlife. So many birds, marine life and whales. House was your typical beach house, but not with many neighbors. David was awesome and even brought us dinner and breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wow! Amazing! This home is at a great spot. Everyone was very lovely and helpful to the host to the concierge- Ignacio. Quick access to the pool and beach. The home was clean and Eva was available as needed. Truly paradise!
