Quiet, safe, close to everything and very safe.

Justin is very friendly and flexible. The photos do not do the dpto justice, it is much more beautiful. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the area is super quiet. My family has spent 10 wonderful days. For sure, on our next trip to Manta we will rent the dpto again.

The place is very nice and fits the description of the app. The person in charge of communicating takes a little time, but is very friendly and gives the appropriate directions. My only problem was not having a parking space even though in the app it will be a service. That was a problem because of the logistics it required, I hope you can remove it from the app or indicate it previously. The place is beautiful, it is facing the sea and the balcony is a special place to look at the landscape.

we booked the appartment quite late, but Javier was super uncomplicated in organizing everything for us and always replied super fast. the appartment is very pretty and modern, it was great to have some rest there on our trip through ecuador

Our stay at this Airbnb listing was enjoyable overall. The space was clean and provided a variety of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and even a private playground, which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the wide offer and spent pleasant hours in the various facilities. However, we would have liked a more friendly welcome from the check-in agent. His appearance was a bit distant, which clouded the first impression a little. Another point is that the location during the week is very quiet, which is relaxing, but also means that the food is limited. During our stay we had to drive a little further to find restaurants that were open. Nevertheless, it was a successful stay, and we would like to continue this place due to the great amenities

First, let me say that we had to leave Cuenca way due to altitude sickness. I contacted Rosario and asked if there was any way that we could check in a couple days early and explained why. She said it would be no problem, so we checked in 2 days early. Rosario was the perfect host. When I would contact her for recommendations, her response was almost instant, and the recommendation was excellent. Rosario stopped by the apartment one day and offered to come cook an authentic Andean dish. She cooked Humitas for us, a corn based dish, and it was delicious. She also offered to take us on a hike to the San Lorenzo lighthouse and to the breach. to say that the views were extraordinary is an understatement. In closing, Rosario's Airbnb is highly recommended. She made us feel like family!
