Die Wohnung entsprach unseren erwartungen. Das preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super und es war genau wie wir es uns von den Bildern her vorgestellt haben. Die einzige anmerkung die ich hätte, ist das der draußen Bereich mit dem Kunstrasen kein Raucherbereich ist.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Die Unterkunft war ideal für den Trip nach Tenerifa. Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Pool war auch sehr sauber!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Es gab einen kleinen Willkommens Gruß (Wasser, Wein und Pralinen). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar und sehr gut sortiert. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben 14 Tage wie auf Wolken geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage tut ein übriges um sich wohl zu fühlen. Handtücher war mehr vorhanden als wir brauchten. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist nicht zu toppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic stay at Beatriz's apartment in El Medano. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and town, but also nice and quiet. The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed use of the well kept swimming pool. The apartment was really well equipped and we appreciated the beach towels and toys. Thanks so much Beatriz for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

A fabulous apartment located right in the centre of El Medano. We loved the little balcony which had a table and four chairs and allowed us to sit in the evening/morning to look out on the square below. Many extras left such as foodstuffs/toiletries/ washing up/beach towels which made everything easier. Maria Rosa gave very clear directions as to check in and was with us in a matter of minutes even though we were around an hour earlier than anticipated. She was also flexible with the check out allowing us to remain into the apartment until 4.00pm as we had an evening flight. This apartment is ideal for couples or families, the nearest big supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. It is very clean and was a really pleasant place to return to after a day at the beach. We would definitely return again and would recommend to friends and family.

Javier è stato gentile e presente, l'appartamento è molto carino e merita una vacanza anche più di una settimana. Ho comunicato che c'erano alcune cose da sistemare ed è stato subito pronto a cambiarle. Consiglio sicuramente una vacanza qui. :-)

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Well stocked with all kitchen appliances and equipment. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday with a well stocked cupboard with beach equipment, beach towels etc. They kindly provided us with snorkels when we asked. Also a small bike for tris to the shops. Within driving distance of all the good beaches. La Tejita beach great for walks and surf. Great surfing beach just nearby. Very convenient for the airport. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great, new apartment with plenty of amenities, clean, and exactly as described. Very good communication with Pedro, including hassle-free early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d’une semaine. L’arrivée de nuit n’a posé aucun soucis et je les en remercie. Je vous recommande ce logement qui est paisible et même si le quartier où il est situé n’est pas très touristique, il se situe à quelques minutes de tout et pratique si vous souhaitez visiter le nord et le sud de l’île. De plus il y a un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour 🤍

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Данное жилье идеально в соотношении цены и качества. Шикарный вид из окна на океан + наличие различных кафе и пляж в паре минут от выхода с дома это прекрасно. В апартаментах было все что нужно для проживания, включая комплимент в виде натурального кофе))

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

We have stayed in El Medano many times and this is a great spot to stay. The apartment is well sheltered from the wind but gets good evening sun - sunsets are amazing.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben! Einfach top! Grandiose Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und sehr ruhig. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Migle war äußerst höflich und schnelle Reaktionen. Wir würden das immer weiterempfehlen und kommen immer gerne wieder. 😊

This is the second time we stayed (wife and x2 kids) in the same compound very neat, quiet, well maintained and safe. And like the last time we absolutely loved it. Overnight its very quite and peaceful even with the windows open and the kids had an undisturbed night. Kids loved the pool area which is not busy at all no matter what time of the day. Its very close (5min walking distance) to the beach and shops(2 mins) which makes it very convenient. Sandra is very lovely and greeted us and showed us around the flat. Communications was very easy with her via whats app. The flat is very clean, neat and spacious. Wife and 2 kids (2 and 4) we fitted very comfortably. We didn't have to buy any dish or clothe washing liquid as its already provided, smart TV with wifi, beach towels and games and we had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. This is the 3rd time we have been to Tenerife and the 2nd time we have stayed in the same compound and we loved the place. Thank you Sandra
