Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at Gabriel’s place. It was clean easy to check in the car. Elevator was pretty cool and there’s tons to do in the area walking distance. We felt safe and it was a convenient place to stay right before you headed to the airport in the morning.

I would like to start by saying that this will be a really special review. We were in Manuel Antonio for two weeks to finish arranging and celebrating our wedding in April 2025. We were on a tight budget with over 100 guests coming to Costa Rica to celebrate our beach wedding with us. So for this two week period, Casa Lily was our home, our staging area and our quiet space to simultaneously get everything organized and be our shelter from "the storm". Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We LOVED Casa Lily. Of course the home was clean, tidy and exactly as depicted in the photos. What none of the descriptions or welcome information prepared us for was "Lorena" the caretaker. Lorena is 110% amazing and completely changed the experience of our stay, adventures and wedding celebration. Lorena helped us find wedding cakes, a florist, jungle tours for our family and was at our every beck and call. Lorena is an absolute gem and makes Casa Lily the best value in the area.

It's my second visit and I love the place, plus don Aquiles is super nice and Jeni was also always attentive, even messaged us at night in case we needed more blankets because it was very cold (perfect for me). I like to go there because it's my weekend to disconnect and enjoy the cold, mountain and landscape.

Thank you Gabriela, Douglas and family! This was one of the very best experiences we've had with an airbnb place in many years. We felt right at home in this little paradise, enjoyed the lovely little house (with much needed A/C!, worked perfectly), the pool, and the garden. We relaxed here with family for a few days and I had no problem working remotely from the house (no high-speed internet but ok for video calls) Very private and green, close to the beach (Matapalo beach can be reached by walking). Recommend going by car (doesn't need to be 4x4 although we had to drive a bit carefully on the last piece). Strategic location to visit many waterfalls, nature reserves and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Several convenience stores at walking distance in the village.

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.

This place is an absolute gem—what an incredible value! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located, but the real standout was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. We spent every morning soaking it in with coffee in hand. Sergio was a fantastic host—great communication throughout and thoughtful touches like snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He also tipped us off to the magic of the 31st floor (IYKYK), which made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

First of all, the place has the perfect name: Casa Colibrí. The hummingbirds kept coming! 🥰 Other birds too and butterflies. It's a beautiful and magical place! Being inside the jacuzzi with that view is a beautiful experience. The accommodation and description are accurate. It's comfortable, modest, safe and nothing is missing. Ronan and Ana's attention was always prompt, clear and very kind. The breakfasts were delicious, too! We had a brief visit from Mocho, who apparently has a super nose and craved our food. 😅 We respect not giving you anything for your health, but those puppy eyes almost achieve the goal. We greatly appreciate the respect and care for the space. Also to us. We wish you much prosperity with Casa Colibrí. And for those who visit, respect a mini sanctuary surrounded by wonderful little animals and beautiful flora. Also keep an eye out for heliconias, the hummingbirds are where they are closest. 💖 Thank you very much, Ronan and Ana!

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

A magical family getaway! Lauren is the best host ever! Book this Airbnb with zero doubts. It’s rustic charm and cozy atmosphere make it the perfect place to stay . The view is spectacular and there was loads for my kids to do! We hiked up the quiet neighbourhood road to explore the mountain, drove 30minutes to bajos del toro (an epic drive) and went to Dinoland. It’s a great attraction for kids of all ages, but most importantly, it’s an easy walk to a gorgeous waterfall inside a tropical valley! Just down the road from Dinoland are free Pozas Celestes (cold turquoise natural dipping pools and river). Lauren’s Airbnb is a quick and easy 10minute drive down the hill to the center of Sarchi where we explored the cute town and its restaurants. We loved El Jardín because behind the restaurant is a little play area, ponies, and you can watch local artists in action everyday painting traditional Costa Rican coffee carts. Lauren’s Airbnb is so peaceful. 100% recommend this place! Thank you La
