The apartment is nice and is located in a quiet area a 20 minute walk from downtown, close to a 24-hour market in case you need to buy something and close to nice and quiet beaches to walk or relax for a while on the river, which if you stay in downtown you will probably miss out on visiting. Claudia was an excellent host. Since we traveled without a car, she picked us up at the river terminal to take us to the apartment and gave us a guide with suggestions for local restaurants and points of interest. In addition, he was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags until the ship's departure time so that we could take advantage of the day to walk around without being loaded. Everything was excellent, if we were to travel to Cologne again we would stay in the apartment again without hesitation.

Everything is as described, the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can get everywhere by car in a few minutes! The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and in order, the only detail was a wall with some humidity, keep it in mind if you are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

The apartment is spotless, it has one bedroom but with a social area and a super spacious terrace. Facing the promenade and the beach, with the sunset falling on the water. The building is also super complete and modern.

Hostess was very friendly and kind. The place is small, but not cramped for two people. The full kitchen was very useful and the shower was strong and hot! Five minute ride to the mall and 10 minutes to the downtown area. Be warned: there are plenty of mosquitoes, but Gabriela had the courtesy of providing repellent spray and the electronic bug repellent. The description is right: it is a small double bed. If you are a little on the heavy side, it might be a problem. Very quiet neighborhood, felt pretty safe.

The house is impeccable, like new, complete, comfortable and neat. In a nice neighborhood, we already knew we would be far from downtown and we didn't mind because we had a car. José is very friendly at all times. Highly recommended.

Miriam and her daughter were lovely and responsive hosts. The house was large and comfortable especially the outside covered seating area. The location was close to the historic center but not right in it in a good way. Parking was not covered and the pool was not heated. There was a delicious seafood restaurant a block or two away - Buen Puerto or something.

We went with my husband, my two daughters and a doggie. The experience was very good. Clear instructions about how to get to the place as well as how to get in. The house was super clean and neat. We really felt very comfortable ! We will definitely be back.

GREAT location! Right on the water. Walkable to everything in old town. Old-world charm. Don’t expect modern luxuries. Do expect a quaint, cozy, beautiful stay. Responsive host. We had an amazing long weekend in Colonia. Try the restaurant next door for a romantic night out.
