Mooi verblijf en aardige host die ons ontving. Zwembad was wel erg troebel, wat leek alsof het niet helemaal schoon was. Ligbedden waren niet helemaal in perfecte staat meer. Verder was alles in orde.

O tempo que passamos nessa casa foi uma experiência maravilhosa, principalmente porque tivemos uma garagem para o nosso carro e facilitou o transporte das malas. Temos uma casa com ar condicionado e com uma vista extraordinária para um Castillo del Puig, com equipamentos novos que facilitam a viagem em família ou em grupos. O imóvel de algumas escadas, entretanto, vale a pena e super indico ficar nessa casa.... Se tiver condições vamos retornar!!!!

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

A great house on the seashore. Beautiful architecture in the district, easy access to the city center. The owner is a great person, and provided us with the information on the beatiful places and restaurants nearby!

Cristina war ein wunderbarer Host, angenehm und freundlich, zuverlässig, mit sehr schnellen und guten Antworten, nützlichen Tipps und für unseren Aufenthalt (Einkaufen, Essen & Trinken, Unternehmungen, Fahrräder leihen, …). Cristina hat uns persönlich in der Wohnung empfangen und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Maisonette-Wohnung -ein Reihenhaus mit eigenem Eingang- ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie daheim gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, das einen schönen Charakter hat. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad erreichbar. Ebenso sind Bus- und Tramhaltestellen unweit gelegen, genauso Restaurants und Supermärkte, gut zu Fuß und mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Per Fahrrad ist man in 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und friedlich, sehr sauber, schön und doch zweckvoll eingerichtet, die Küche praktisch und gut ausgestattet, die Bäder schön, ebenso die Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort.

Mi experiencia en esta estadía fue excelente en todos los aspectos. Desde el momento de la reserva, Helena fue increíblemente amable y atenta, lo que hizo que todo el proceso fuera muy fácil y cómodo. La casa es preciosa, impecablemente limpia y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable, en una urbanización muy tranquila y segura. Sin duda, lo recomiendo completamente en todos los sentidos y volvería a hospedarme aquí sin pensarlo

Miejsce idealne na wypoczynek. Świetny basen na terenie obiektu. Kuchnia odpowiednio zaopatrzona, świetny kontakt z właścicielką. Kamienista plaża zaraz obok, do piaszczystych trzeba podjechać. Samochód będzie bardzo przydatny bo do większych sklepów czy restauracji jest dość spory kawałek. Plaza obok jest plażą nudystów, więc z dziećmi jest ciekawie ;) Ogólnie polecamy :)

Fabuloso alojamiento con increíbles vistas al mar. Muy buena acogida por los anfitriones que han estado pendientes siempre que los hemos necesitado. La casa está totalmente equipada y muy limpia. Una zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios cerca. Muy recomendable. Volveremos sin duda.

La casa estaba preparada, todo tipo de servicios dentro de ella, limpieza fenomenal, unas vistas increíbles, la piscina pese a ser comunitaria estuvimos solos. Raquel facilitadora, muy buen trato y servicial.

Toller Blick aus das Meer aus fast allen Räumen, man hört die Wellen und kann auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en esta casa que reúne todo lo necesario para descansar junto a una fantástica playa. Óscar es un excelente anfitrión, muy atento y ofreciendo una experiencia Airbnb real, a diferencia de otros lugares donde hemos sufrido a agencias inmobiliarias en esta misma plataforma. Sin lugar a dudas 100% recomendable.

We had an excellent vacation at Mercedes's house with our two small dogs. The layout of the house is perfect, and the rooftop terraces really nice to enjoy the sun, or cool off at night. The location is really great for a laid-back stay in Valencia. Plenty of excellent restaurants and the beach within walking distance, in an area with a great, relaxed vibe. And easy to get to the center of the city if you need to! We brought our car and didn't have a problem parking, but getting around by bike, tram, and bus was also pretty easy.

Ein schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer wirklich sehr schönen und gepflegten Künstlerwohnung. Sie liegt optimal in der Nähe von Russafa, dem Szeneviertel, mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die Innenstadt ist bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar aber auch zu Fuß, wenn man möchte. Lourie war eine tolle Gastgeberin, mit der die Kommunikation einwandfrei funktioniert hat und die viele Tipps für uns hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt!

그동안 머물렀던 에어비엔비 중에 단연코 최고 중의 최고이다 . Izar의 마음이 이 아름다운 집에 다 담겨 있다. 이 곳은 여행자가 머무는데 그 어떤 것도 필요하지 않을 만큼 모든 것이 완벽하게 갖추어져 있다. 머무는 동안 너무 편안하고 행복했다. Izar에게 매우 감사한 마음이고 다시 발렌시아에 온다면 이곳에 머물것이고 발렌시아에 오시는 여행객이 있다면 적극 추천한다.

A great place to stay in Valencia. Josefina was very nice and accommodating and made the entire stay a wonderful experience. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is a short walk to the train leading you into the heart of Valencia. Highly recommended.

Un logement plein de charme dans un quartier encore très authentique. Très grande disponibilité et sens de l'accueil des hôtes, Laura et Andres.

Nous avons passé quelque jours dans cette joli maison et notre séjour à été très agréable. Le logement est à proximité de la plage, d’un supermarché et à 10/15min en voiture de Valence. Notre hôte nous as accueilli avec des petits présents (eau, kinder pour les enfants pour Pâques) ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Merci pour votre accueil, nous gardons le contact au cas où nous revenions par ici 😉
