House vacation rentals in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A nice house that is also for sale. Only 15 minutes by car from Valencia. Pool is illuminated at night, which creates a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

The apartment was great, it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is located near the subway station, so getting to the center is easy. It is very spacious and cozy, we will definitely return!

it didn't feel like a vacation apartment, but your own home. In all my years of staying in apartments, I've never seen such a well-equipped place, with everything including cleanliness and basic necessities. Highly recommended.

It's a very nice and comfortable place. Just what we needed to share as a family.

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

fantastic apartment with charming floors made of old tiles, high ceilings, a single floor with a balcony facing the sea and a terrace on the other side. We were so comfortable in the living room that we didn't go out as much as usual. The area is perfect for dining and walking out at night. The Arenas Hotel Spa is very close. We have enjoyed it so much, thank you for these wonderful days.

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Great location if you want to enjoy the beach. The neighbourhood is very nice. The space is great and it was nice to have a washing machine. Very helpful hosts as well

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. It also felt completely private, which made the experience even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing garden, beautifully maintained and such a peaceful spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in the port area of Valencia. Jordi provided some very helpful suggestions on what to see and do and we found some great restaurants. The apartment is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach but if you don’t want to move then you can enjoy the wonderful roof terrace! Great place to stay if you want to explore Valencia.

Domingo and his wife were so helpful and informative. The accommodation was open and clean. We felt right at home and had a lovely trip. Thank you guys!
