Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

The place was very well equipped and had a nice terrace where you could sit well, especially in the evening. Glad to come back!

Very nice, central accommodation with direct views of the Serranos towers. Everything is easy to reach all around, the beach is 30 minutes away by public transport. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We would love to come again :)

Lovely apartment, situated between Barrio del Carmen and the City of Arts and Sciences. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy to get to interesting places. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment is modern and clean. All the appliances work, the doors close with no squeaks or groans. All in all a great stay. The outside/upstairs deck is very nice as well. We would easily return

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely love to come back for another vacation! Muchas gracias!

My second stay at Patricia's apartment - and it was great again. The apartment has just everything you need, it is in a very good area, bus stops, restaurants, cafes and shopping at your doorstep. Patricia is always available and responds immediately.

Quiet street yet right in the centre of a lively neighbourhood. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops all very close. Victor is a superb host who was attentive and helpful at every opportunity, check in, local recommendations, arranging taxis etc Victor was so accommodating and let us check out a bit later as we had a late flight. The apartment is compact and comfortable but has everything you needs from cleaning supplies, toiletries, to basic kitchen essentials. Terrace was superb, we ate all our meals out there, plenty of sun or shade to suit all tastes. Thank you Victor, it was a truly magical stay and we will definitely be returning in the future! For anyone considering this apartment, stop your deliberations and just book it, you won't regret it!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

From arrival to departure, our stay with Pilar was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short vacation in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. On foot you can get everywhere in a short time, it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. We felt very comfortable at all times and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

Jana's accommodation is beautiful, well cared for and very tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and with all the services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets,….). Its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences is wonderful
