Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Diana. Snelle communicatie en een goede ontvangst door Carlos. Appartement is mooi en heel ruim, prachtig dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Prima ligging op 300 meter van het dichtstbijzijnde strand en supermarkt en eettentjes ook op een paar honderd meter.

Piso cómodo y acogedor, con fácil acceso. Zona muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar. Al lado de la playa y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Muy contento con la elección. 10/10.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado y pocos metros de la playa, aunque fue poco tiempo mi estancia estuve como en casa 100% recomendable

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The marina is a great location for the beach and many bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride away to the central of Valencia. We stayed on the boat for three nights and had a lovely time. The boat is fairly small inside but had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in Valencia verbracht. Die Wohnung von Antonio war perfekt für diese Reise, da der Strand direkt vor der Tür war und mit die Altstadt und alle andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Uber waren (durschnittlich um 10 Euro bis zum Ortszentrum). Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, hell, ruhig und sauber. Die Austattung der Küche ist sehr gut,man hat quasi alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind ganz bequem. Vielleicht die Wände sind ein bisschen hellhörig, das ist aber meckern auf höchsten Niveau und soll die allgemeine Bewertung, die super positiv ist, nicht beeinflussen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war makellos, er hat uns sogar ein Taxi für dir Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern irgendwann wieder. Danke Antonio, wir waren wirklich begeistert!

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Muy buena estancia en el apartamento de Roberto. Ha estado pendiente tanto él como su padre de todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento está estupendo, con una playa bonita y tranquila cerca, el apartamento tiene unas vistas de la costa fenomenales

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Thank you Vanessa for such a great experience!!

Clean, comfortable, and the beach was across the street. The patio terrace was wide with room for a dining table for four and drying rack. Views were great. Quiet area. Can’t comment on pool since does not open until mid June but did not matter since beach was close, clean, and enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Sorsi e Morsi which had great homemade pasta.

Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko pięknej plaży, co jest największą zaletą tego miejsca! Mieszkanie przestronne i bardzo wygodne dla 5 osobowej rodziny. Dodatkowo coś co nas bardzo zaskoczyło, to przygotowane ręczniki plażowe dla każdego gościa, co bardzo ułatwiało nam plażowanie. Polecamy te miejsce!

Fabulous location in the Cabanyal. Beach, shops, restaurants, and 3 bathrooms which you never find in Europe. Would love to stay there again and for longer!!

El apartamento nos ha encantado, muy limpio y ordenado. Con todo lujo de detalles. Laura ha sido muy amable y atenta. Muy cerca de la playa y zona de restauración. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable.

where to start.. this place is perfect..very spacious which was great for the family. it's located walking distance to the beach and marina. the tram or buses are on the doorstep to get into the main town. we were met by the hosts daughter and shown around the apartment. everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with cleaning essentials. bathrooms had soap etc. I was provided with a long list of local things to see and eat. every time I had a question the host responded quickly. valencia is amazing but staying in a nice clean spacious apartment helped a lot. air con was handy too as it gets quite hot at night.

I had a really good time at the appartment. It was really clean, easy to find and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, since its only a 5 mins walk away. Communication with the host was really good. You can hear the neighbors from time to time but nothing out of the ordinary and all in all very quite. If I ever come back to Valencia I would totally book this appartment again.

Schöne, herzige, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit Meersicht am Strand von Patacona mit diversen Restaurants. Die Wohnung war warm dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Emma war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

Spędziliśmy tydzień w tym mieszkaniu. Właściciele byli bardzo pomocni, odpowiadali na wiadomości i nasze potrzeby. 5 minut spacerem do plaży, 2 minuty od przystanku tramwajowego. Super miejsce, chętnie wrócimy!!!!! ❤️
