This is a nice flat with beautiful sea views. And the distance is feasible for back and forth on foot. Then, the decoration is good and easy to use. Very recommended

This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Accommodation recently renovated in an excellent way. Everything was very clean and new. The apartment has absolutely everything. The area is far from the center, but it is well connected and quiet.

Vanessa was very friendly and answered any questions very quickly and clearly. The house is as described, ideal for up to 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional and the beds / sofa bed are comfortable. The terrace has great views and you can see the sea without any buildings blocking it. The area is quiet (we went during Holy Week) less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. And there is also an area with restaurants, cafes, a wide promenade, a children's area, a port, etc. In other words, you can have fun if you go with children. The beach is sandy, no stones. In short, a very good option to spend a few days on the beach, but 20 minutes from Valencia to see the city of arts, the town hall area and very close to little Venice.

Our family had a great time and Sergio was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do and see in the city.

The apartment is amazing!! We arrived later than the allowed time and since the self check-in was not set up, Gaspar was waiting for us at the door to give us the keys. Inside the apartment everything was perfect, clean and tidy. The area is quiet and there is everything you need near the port. The only thing worth noting is that it is a bit isolated from downtown Valencia, but by car it can be reached in a short time. A great experience.

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I put 5 stars to everything because they're super deserved. Perfect accommodation, perfect host, very close to Malvarosa beach, 5 minutes walk and we were by the sea. Better than that, I've never found it!!!! Thank you Abel

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Great apartment in a GREAT location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection to public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly furnished. Highly, highly recommended!

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The apartment is very close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the Buhsal stop. The tram is 15 minutes away. The apartment was very clean, unfortunately at that time it sometimes smelled like sewage in the entire neighborhood. Some of this could also be perceived in the apartment. The living/dinning area is large, all technical devices work and are provided with instructions.

I had a wonderful time this place is beautiful, peaceful and a cut above. Gianina was friendly, helpful and her place was beautiful and well equipped There are many restaurants. The beach is a few steps away from the house and the view is wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.
