Monthly Rentals in El Alambique Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions. The place was clean and we had a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

The apartment was exactly as described. Had everything we needed and more. The property was kept clean inside and out. Direct access to the beach. Swimming pool was clean and refreshing. Myrna was very responsive and answered questions quickly. She had the refrigerator stocked with bottled water, beer, sandwich meat, snacks and juice. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Washer and Dryer was a plus. We were able to wash our beach towels each night. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Amazing location and view, even better than the posted photos! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that one might need. The building itself was right next to the beach and its surroundings were pretty clean and the complex felt very secure overall. There were quite a few convenience/grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. The best part would have to be the easy and quick access to the beach and pool! Overall, a choice that we’re pleased we made and one we’re almost sure of returning to soon!
