Here is a luxurious bathroom with tub and shower, a small tea kitchen with electric kettle, small fridge as well as a microwave. Plus, an entryway with space for clothes and shoes. Total approx. 35 m2. TV with Apple TV and Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels as well as Netflix, Youtube etc. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is free parking right outside the door. It is only 100 m to Rema and 500 meters to the city center and 10 min. by car to Herning

Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors
