Meine Wohnung liegt in der oberen Altstadt der Renaissancestadt Neuburg an der Donau und somit in der besten Wohnlage der Stadt. Die Obere Altstadt ist wie ein wunderschönes auf einer Anhöhe liegendes Renaissancedorf oberhalb der unteren Altstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im kernsanierten Bortenmacherhaus (17. Jahrhundert) mit originalem Gebälk, Holzboden mit Fußbodenheizung, einem tollen Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Glasdecke, einer Galerie, einem kleinen Balkon und historischen Warenautomaten.

The modern bathroom features a sleek shower stall enclosed in glass, a contemporary sink with storage below, and a compact toilet. Natural wood accents are complemented by soft lighting, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. A full-length mirror reflects the design elements, adding a sense of space.

Stammham liegt in Oberbayern, circa 12 km nördlich von Ingolstadt/Audi, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt zur A9, München 55 Minuten, Regensburg ca. 1 Std, Nürnberg 55 Minuten, IngolstadtVillage 10 Minuten, zum Donaudurchbruch ca. 30 Minuten und in den Naturpark Altmühltal ca. 13 Minuten. Wir haben einen Netto-Supermarkt, Gaststätten, Metzger, Bäcker, einen Arzt und eine Raiffeisenbank im Ort.

Es una pareja muy amable, atentos y cálidos en el trato. No incomoda para nada quedarse charlando con ellos. Puedes hacer tu vida libre y manejar tus horarios a disposición, coordinamos horarios para el uso de la ducha sin problema. Me encantaría volver a quedarme en la habitación pacífica, desde donde escucho a los pájaro y el silencio con muchísimo gusto!

Der Empfang von Toni und später die Begrüßung von Angelika war sehr, sehr herzlich. Es war ein Gefühl wie nach Hause kommen. Die beiden vermitteln ein Lebensgefühl von Achtsamkeit und Herzlichkeit, die den Aufenthalt in ihrem Airbnb zu etwas besonderen machen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hell und gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll mit den Gemälden der Vermieterin eingerichtet. Das Bett herrlich bequem, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Ein kühles Wasser zur Begrüßung war noch nach der langen Fahrt echt super 🌞😊! Die Lage, der Garten und das Haus sind einfach wunderschön. Ich komme gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Anita

Wir waren total zufrieden mit der Unterkunft bei Heinz und Lydia. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aufjedenfall übertroffen. Eine urige und gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Die beiden waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich und am Morgen gab es sogar noch ein kleines Frühstück. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super geeignet.

Martin und seine gesamte Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhiges landwirtschaftlich genutztes Gebiet. Ein guter Ort, um nach der Arbeit zu entspannen und Spaziergänge in der Natur entlang der Donau zu unternehmen. Die Anfahrt erfolgt vorzugsweise mit dem eigenen Auto. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine kleine Studiowohnung mit sehr einfacher Ausstattung. Für mich war es jedoch ein toller Ort, um Bayern im Sommer zu erleben.
