The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. On approx. 65 m², a comfortably furnished apartment with a combined kitchen/living room including a cozy living/sleeping and dining area as well as a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed & a large bathroom with shower awaits you. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. A children's travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
