A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

The apartments are part of a monumental square farmhouse (1767) and are also suitable for a longer stay. The rental price is based on a stay with 2 people. Our guests can use the garden with seating. There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated from the outside temperature above 20 degrees is (basically from April to November). The Jacuzzi is heated throughout the year. There is a common room and a small 1930s café, where you can have breakfast.

't Appelke is a spacious cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hill country. This cottage was built in the old dairy stable and has ample views over our campsite and meadows. They also have free wifi here. The associated terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

This is the most amazing location for Maastricht! In the middle of the bustling city center, all the highlights are within walking distance. What is useful to know is that there is only water in the bathroom. Somewhat inconvenient for coffee and tea. No plates or cutlery available if you want to eat a (take-away) snack there. We loved our stay here! Philmar was a great host. The place was very clean and tidy and had many lovely amenities (coffee, washing detergent, a blow dryer, etc). It was right on the water and the walk along the water into town is lovely and easy. She has bikes viable for use too which was a nice touch! Would recommend.

This place was perfect for our family trip to see the Aachen Cathedral! It was within a 15-min walk to the Dom and lots of shops and restaurants! We were happy to stay with our young children here. The place was quiet and very clean! It is stylish and modern, yet comfortable for families with little ones. Our awesome hosts even provided a crib and high chair for us! Everything was as described. I am a person without high expectations, so there is nothing to complain about. It was very clean, no unpleasant smells. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes, so it is relatively centrally located yet quiet. The only thing to pay attention to is the very tight garage so if someone should own a larger car than an A6 it will be problematic :) Thank you Etienne and you have a great kitchen

Umberto’s place is as described on the website, we felt right at home especially with instructions and recommendations provided. The area is a bit far from the city, and getting a taxi can be a hassle as well as public transportation. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend his place.

A super Apartment and a very friendly host. Everything was very school and it smelled nice everywhere. Rituals products were very nice, as were the bathrobes (a little too small:) and the kitchen items. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (although I would have preferred it in the large bedroom and for 2 people we would have been more cozy). Bottle of bubbles on arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa is very nice and there were candles everywhere so it was very cozy in the evening.

A nice apartment in a new quiet neighborhood! it's exactly like the pictures. you really feel like a guest, everything is thought of, don't worry that you forget something because it is present in the apartment, also nice bathrobes! The biggest plus is the jacuzzi and the outdoor space that is very private and quiet, for cold evenings there is a patio heater. we definitely recommend booking this apartment
