In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes) and the old city center of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (6.60 p.d.)

The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated from the outside temperature above 20 degrees (in principle from April to November). The Jacuzzi is heated all year round. There is a common area and a small 1930s cafe, where you can have breakfast.
