The Bovenste Bos is located in the Geul Valley of the rustic Epen, surrounded by rolling meadows, fruit orchards, sunken roads and green hills of the South Limburg countryside. You can stay in one of the 12 characteristic rooms in the farmhouse. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a sitting area with two luxurious sofas where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.

The B&B is located next to the house, with a spacious parking lot and consists of a private entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sink. In the large guest room, in addition to a double bed, there is a TV, a small kitchenette and a dining area. In the extra bedroom, there are two single beds. From the guest room, there is a private entrance to the enclosed garden with a private sitting area.
