There are 3 bedrooms in the charming servant's quarters loft. There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. Large apartment. Close to the city center. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with a beautiful garden that just has to be experienced! Here you can relax indoors or outdoors, and maybe have a barbecue meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna flows right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have fishing rights for salmon here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is a 2-minute drive from our house. 5 min drive to KNA Raceway.

Possibility to rent a stamp all year round (outdoor wood fired hot tub) for NOK 1,500 extra. The cabin is located in the heart of Stapnes coastal fort, with great hiking opportunities. There are tame sheep and horses on the farm that it is possible to pet, a super activity for children. 10 min (by car) to Egersund city center where you will find cozy cafes, bakery and shops.

Lille Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a boat garage attached to the lighthouse, this is decorated for outdoor fun and simple dining.

You can pack your backpack and go on marked hikes from the cabin, or you can take short drives to hikes such as Store Skykula and Smørkamdalen. Distance by car: Kongeparken 40 mins. The panoramic windows offer a fantastic view with a sense of space and openness. The cabin is in a newly-built cabin area. There are hiking, biking trails, golf courses and beach life. By car you can reach Norway's famous attraction - Preikestolen, the charming wooden town of Egersund and Stavanger.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

Within 1 hour by car you can reach the towns of Stavanger and Eigersund, or visit Månafossen and Kongeparken. It takes ca 1,5 hours by car to the parking at Preikestolen.
