Apartment Erna - Vacation apartment with charm

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Alpspitze and the Zugspitze massif offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 60 square meters and is the perfect place for couples, a small family or friends up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Mountain view at the Upper Village Square

Grainau is where Germany is most beautiful, right at the Zugspitze and next to the Eibsee. And this house is where Grainau is most beautiful. Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smallest of our apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

Haus am Lech

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.
