Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Newly refurbished bedsitter with a kitchenette, up two flights of stairs. It has a window facing another house and distant wine growing hills. It is around a half hour drive from Würzburg and not to far from other historical towns, including Volkach, There is a lovely Main River walk along the back of the house. There is no exhaust in the kitchenette area, so it’s probably more suitable for non cooking meal preparation. Everything else was there and fine.

We stayed with our motorcycles for four for an overnight stay at Barbara's. Quiet but conveniently located, with a supermarket in the neighboring village. The apartment is spacious, from one bedroom the great balcony or roof terrace goes off. Definitely a recommendation.

The modern bathroom features a minimalist design highlighted by sleek, white tiles. A stylish mirror with a unique shape is mounted above a wooden shelf, which holds neatly rolled towels and bathroom essentials. A shower with a gold finish complements the overall elegant aesthetic.
