Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We were at Markus' over the Pentecost weekend and absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. We wanted a well-located, clean accommodation where you can cook for yourself, bright and friendly at a not exaggerated price. We got all this plus a very pleasant care by Markus: later check-in by arrangement, help with sunscreen, support in finding the supposedly lost car key (topic: When jackets have unknown pockets...) as well as a well-founded advice on tour options. And we slept very well in the beautiful bed. Anytime again!!
