We had a very pleasant Easter weekend at Annie's, the two cottages are very spacious, larger than we thought, which allowed everyone to find their space. Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

This place is heaven! Our children loved the freedom to run around and enjoy all the amazing facilities. We could not recommend it more. We will be back!

We were looking for a quiet place in the countryside with a large garden to spend 15 days with friends, and with our children. It was perfect! The house is large, space for everyone, a very beautiful exterior, equipped with the essentials for a pleasant stay. The kids loved the blackberries, the swing, the cats, and the toad that came to visit us every day. The grown-ups tasted the cheeses from the nearby goat farm and looked at the stars every night. If that doesn't look like paradise.... Adrien and Alice were flexible about our arrival days following a last-minute change. Thanks for a great vacation!

La Fermette is the perfect place, quiet, we had a pleasant stay there. Great welcome, Jean Pierre gave us good advice and information. The accommodation is well equipped (with all the necessities on site), functional and very pleasant to stay in.

This is a magical resource for lovers of nature and calm, with an explosive symphony of birdsong: a real delight! We were greeted with a smile, and as family members, a wood stove heating the premises (in view of the humidity of this rainy mid-May) was waiting for us, a very appreciable touch! The site is simply magnificent, isolated, with landscapes reminiscent of childhood in our former countryside. Truly beautiful immersion in a relaxing setting. The cottage has been restored with an obvious sense of aesthetics, as well as being functional. There's nothing missing. Try it without moderation!

Very nice place to meet quietly with friends. Hosts nearby, welcoming, helpful, available, while being discreet. Old renovated building full of charm, it's a good place despite the large volumes. Some spider roommates not disturbing (I note it for future visitors who might be afraid of them), in connection with a beautiful frame and old stones. Very nice environment, pleasant for walks. We all wanted to extend the stay or come back, children and adults alike.

Philip is a very considerate host (how happy it is to find the stove lit when we get home from our day of hiking, THANK YOU!, and fresh flowers everywhere!), passionate about the region: we received a warm welcome! Thank you for the information beforehand and the communication, too. On the practical side: yes, the kitchen is "in its juice", but that's part of the charm of the cottage. And it's well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, which is very nice when you take a hiking stay... The only downside (which did not concern us because we were out all day, before returning warm): the buzz of the electrical lines nearby may possibly bother us if you want to eat outside and enjoy the garden... But this is the perfect place if you want to do a few quiet days, to discover the region and hike. We will come back without hesitation!

Great house, the pool is absolutely amazing: it’s an infinity pool with a view on the Creuse valley, which is super. The house is really nice and complete. The walls are pretty thick which is nice when it’s hot outside: the house stays relatively cool inside. Marc is very nice and helpful, we had a great vacation at his house!

Very nice house and very well equipped. Jean Paul is welcoming and accommodating during check-in and check-out times. We had a great quiet stay. Lots of hikes and sightseeing. Beautiful area.

We had a great time with the family in Véronique and Christian's tastefully renovated and furnished home. We were hosted very well, they took great care of us. I also recommend this place for the quality of its environment and its services: swimming pool, private garden with barbecue and ping pong table, foosball, bicycles available. You're sure to have a lovely time.

Maud put us up at short notice and it was a great find. We loved the gîte. Beautiful and peaceful spot, fab swimming pool that we had to ourselves, under 10 minutes to supermarket in one direction and local restaurant and boulangerie/alimentation in other direction. Maud was very friendly and helpful, even retrieving our passports when we left them behind after we left.

We stayed 12 days with 2 adults and 2 children and had a really great time. Charlene's house is a little paradise where our kids (and us) got to enjoy everyday to the fullest. The house is modern, clean and the 3 bathrooms are very nice to have. The whole house is equipped with air-conditioning, so even in the hot days of summer you can sleep comfortably at night. The garden is huge, with a refreshing big pool and a nice wooden terrace which sees over the garden. There are horses next to the garden, which our children absolutely loved. The environment is calm, with the closest shops (supermarket, bakery, etc) in Ardentes at 8 minutes drive. Big supermarkets, weekly markets and activities are around 25min away in Chateauroux or Le Chatre. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone who enjoys peace and quiet.
